On Monday, April 28, 2025, the Municipal Heritage Museum of Vis, in cooperation with HNK Hajduk and the City of Vis, is installing two more richly illustrated information panels in the foyer of the new Šime Poduje sports hall. These panels complement and enrich the existing exhibition. One panel is on historical themes, titled The Poduje Family and Vis in Their Time, and the other Šime Poduje: Inscribed in Lasting Memory. The exhibition is set up to mark the 120th anniversary of the birth of this significant resident of Vis and the posthumous award of the City of Vis Lifetime Achievement Award.
Across a total of five comprehensive panels, users of the sports hall, especially the youngest residents of Vis, and all visitors to the island can learn valuable information about the history of the city of Vis and its inhabitants.
